I have a deep-seeded passion for real estate and supporting my clients in their journey of buying and selling a home. I have been working in the real estate field for 34 years and a great deal of my success comes from my ability to accommodate my clients’ needs - their best interest is always my priority! I have worked with a diversity of clients, properties and conditions. This experience gives me an upper hand in dealing with any situation; I’ll work my hardest to get it done! Throughout the years I've had the opportunity to gain a great deal of skill and familiarity in the marketing and selling of residential, multi-family, commercial, raw land, housing developments, and waterfront properties. I genuinely desire to create a relationship with my clients and will do my best to give every client the best experience possible.

I began my career in real estate in 1989. I believe my experience and hard work demonstrate my comprehensive knowledge and understanding of selling and buying homes, making me an extremely qualified broker. I am a licensed Associate Broker, as well as achieving a Certified Residential Specialist designation. In 2007, I earned the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which is considered a doctorate education in commercial real estate.

I founded Bellwether Real Estate alongside four other owners. I am proud of the passion and energy that is fostered at Bellwether. I strive to stay well-educated in numerous topics, such as real estate law, real estate brokerage and management, commercial real estate brokerage, and tax-deferred exchanges. I also founded Omni Property management as well which is  thriving in a turbulent rental market

I was born and raised in the beautiful Northwest and try to fully take advantage of everything it has to offer, from skiing Mt. Baker to boating in the San Juans. I love spending time motorcycling this amazing planet, golfing, bicycling, and spending time with my wife of 37 years. Diskin Young is a real estate Managing Broker, investor, mentor and entrepreneur. He became interested in real estate at a young age after discovering the power it has to enhance an individual’s life. Since then he has never looked back. He began studying real estate in high school and obtained his license at 19 years old in June of 2010. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business with a focus in Economics from Western Washington University in 2014. In 2015, Diskin co-founded Bellwether Real Estate which is now the 5th highest producing real estate firm in their market. In 2019, Diskin was named “Top 30 Under 30 in America” by Realtor Magazine and was on the cover of RE Magazine. Diskin is a real estate investment and residential specialist with extensive knowledge on multi-family properties. He also owns several properties and has carried out numerous rehab projects. He is extremely passionate about educating people on the life-changing benefits of real estate.
